Principal Operator: Kyle Luke

I am a former CEO and lifelong operator with nearly 20 years of experience helping businesses navigate critical inflection points,  with executive roles overseeing operations, go-to-market strategy, business development, sales, rev-ops, and product development across more than a dozen sectors.

 

I've helped scale companies of all sizes, from early stage startups building from zero-to-one all the way to established businesses earning >$300M in revenue. Some recent work includes leading an AI product pivot that took a struggling startup from two years of minimal traction to 15x customer growth in just 30 days - while simultaneously  reducing overhead and improving operational efficiency by ~50%. Additionally, while working in the alternative asset space, I opened the previously impenetrable US market for the largest investment firm in its category, securing some of the largest clients in the firm’s 14 year history while achieving the lowest customer acquisition cost (CAC) of any region around the globe.

 

My work focuses on diagnosing core operational breakdowns, rebuilding go-to-market strategy, reducing unnecessary complexity, unlocking team potential, and installing systems that allow founders to step out of day to day operations and focus on growing their business.

 

I have worked across sectors including technology, ecommerce, fintech, wholesale, logistics, SaaS, retail, and B2B services. While the companies may vary, my approach remains the same: Ruthlessly separating signal from noise and finding the unique conditions from which team magic emerges.
